In 2018 Modena was recognized for its central role in world gastronomy and appointed host town for the eighth annual meeting of the Basque Culinary Center, an international center aimed at research and innovation in the culinary scene. This Italian edition of the World Basque Gastronomy Awards hosted by Massimo Bottura,drew top international chefs to the Emilian city, involving numerous artists and experts and inviting them to question the role of gastronomy in the transformation of contemporary society. For the occasion, we were in charge of producing the event and researching the partners involved.
